This week along with the rest of the country, we watched with great interest as Minister for Finance Mr Noonan presented Irish Budget 2016 and outlined wide ranging adjustments to the personal tax regime, primarily on focused USC. The minister also announced steps to begin equalising the tax treatment of the self-employed and employees, together with proposals to support entrepreneurship.
